PS Early Wonder BEET is a selection from the old Crosby's
Egyptian and has practically replaced that variety. It may be planted
very early and matures to table size rapidly, making it especially desirable for market growing. It is uniform in shape, almost globular,
being slightly: flattened at the top. The flesh has a deep blood-red
