Cabbage [js Golden Acre is the earliest round head sort and is an improvement over the old Copenhagen Market variety. It is solid heading, with tightly folded leaves. and the average weight is about 5 pounds, making it the ideal size for home or market use. The texture and flavor are both very fine. Stein's Early Flat’ Dutch is a widely grown varicty of quick growth and early maturity.
