whole or any part of any business so acquired; and to oxercise all the powers necessary or oonvexient in and about the

Section 3. To buy, contract for, lease and in any
and all other ways acquire, take, hold and ow, and to sell,
mortgage, pledge, deed in trust, lease and otherwise dispose
of patents, licenses and processes or rights thereunder and
feanchise rights, and governmental , state, territorial, county
and municipal grants and esusensions of every character
which this corporation may deem advantageous in the prosecu-~
tion of its business, or in tho maintenance, operation, development or extension of its properties.
Section 4. To acquire by purchase, gift, devise or
bequest, or in any other lawful manner, and to own, possess,
hold, enjoy, improve, develop, manage, grant, sell, exchange,
rent, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, convey and otherwise
dispose of, and generally deal in real and personal property
of every sort and wheresoever situated, and all rights thereto and interest therein.
Section 5. To buy or otherwise acquire, hold, own,
sell, or othorwise dispose of and generally to deal in its
own stocks, bonds and securities, and the stocks and bonds of
other corporations engaged in every and all kinds of business, and
also any other securities or evidences of indebtedness whatgoever, or any interest therein and while owner of such shares,
bonds, securities, evidences of indebtedness or interests to
exercise all the rights, powers and privileges of ownership,
including the right to vote.
Section 6. To enter into and perform contracts of
every kind and character, whomsoever they may be with, without
limit as to amount.
