at the hour of 10 O'clock A. M., in the Tax Collector's
Office, in the City of Nevada, Gounty of Nevada, State
of California, sell at public auction, in one parcel,
to the highest bidder or bidders, in cash, lawful
money of the United States the said property hereto—
fore described, and particularly described in the foregoing Controller's Authorization, to which reference
is hereby made for purposes of description, all of said
real property situate, lying and being in the County
of Nevada, State of dalifornia, and further described
in said tax deed to the State of California above
referred to.
No bid will be received or accepted at such sale
-or less than the amount of all taxes levied upon each
parcel of property and all the costs and penalties for
every year delinquent, as shown by the delinquent
rolls to the date of execution of the deeds to the
State of California, and all expenses accrued to the
date of the sale, together with interest at the rate
of seven per cent per annum from the first day of July
following the delinquency in each of said years to the
date of the sale hereunder, computed upon the aggregate
amount of such delinquent taxes, penalties and costs.
‘Given under my hand at the City of Nevada, county
of Nevada, State of California, this 30th. day of
July 1914.
