heretofore conveyed by deed from Manuel P. Nevis to
Manuel Ignacio, the said Nevis Homestead without sald
strip containing Fifty-seven (57) acres.
Also all water rights, ditches and flumes lying
on or being appurtenant to said ranch, which are owned
or claimed by us.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, etc.
