That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-one and 25/100 Dollars, gold coin of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have grant-— ed, bargained and sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to ‘his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain lot, ‘piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the (County of Nevada, State of California, and bounded sand particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point where the West boundary line of the North West quarter of the North East quarter of Section 4 Tp. 16 N. R. 8 E., M. DB. & M., intersects the South boundary of Aetna Quartz Mine, patented, Lot 69; thence Southerly to the South West corner of siaid North West quarter of the North Kast quarter of siaid Section 4; thence Fasterly along the 40 acre line tio Ben Rose's fence Hast of the vineyard; thence North along the fence to a White oak nine inches in PIERCE-BOSOUIT ABSTRACT & TITLE CO., Nevada City, Cal.
