In the Superior Court in and for the County of Nevada,
State of California.
In the Matter of the Estate

WM. F. McDOWELL, Deceased.
Notice is hereby given that Ed. Sampson Pub.
“dmr., the administrator of the estate of Wm. F.
idcDowell , deceased, has rendered and presented for
settlement, and filed in said Court, his final account
»f his administration as administrator of said estate,
mand that Monday the 28th. day of July 1890 at 10 O'clock
A. M., at the Court Room of said Court at Nevada City,
in said Nevada County, has been duly appointed by the
Judge of said County for the settlement of said account
and petition for decree of distribution, at which time
and place any person interested in said estate may
awpear and file his exceptions in writing to the said
account and petition and contest the same.
