a4 each delinquent person or property, with the taxes aque on personal property, the delinquent State, poll, road and hospital tax, the taxes due each school,road or other lesser taxation district, added to the taxes on real estate, where real estate was liable therefor, or where the several taxes were due from the same person, and said publication was made by one insertion one time per week for three successive weeks in a supplement to the "DAILY MINER TRANSCRIPT", a newspaper published in the said County of Nevada, to-wit: at the City of Nevada therein, and said insertions ‘were made and published, one on the 14th. day of Jul 1906, one on the 21st. day of Jul 1906 and one on the ‘28th. day of Jul 1906, and said publication did des‘ignate the day and hour when the property would by operation of law, be sold to the State which sale (( to-wit: upon the 8th. day of August 1906, at the Ihour of 10 A. M., of said day) was not less than twenty— one nor more than twenty-eight days from the time of the first publication of said delinquent notice, and qid designate the place of said sale, which place so Clesignated was in the Tax Collector's Office of said Wevada County. That there was appended and published with said Delinquent List a notice that unless the taxes delinqient together with the costs and penalties, were paid, the real property upon which such taxes were a lien would PIERCE-BOSQUIT ABSTRACT & TITLE CO., Nevada City, Cal
