6 THE QUILL by Mr. and Mrs. Tuck on Friday evening, May 10. The early hours of the evening passed quickly in all sorts of novel and exciting games. Then the guests were conducted to the Laboratory where the class colors, white and gold and dainty refreshments had transformed the dingy old lab table into ‘‘a thing of beauty.”’ Senior Party. Last December the Seniors of N. C. H. S. entertained the Seniors of Grass Valley. On the evening scheduled the majority of the class and faculty arrived. They were taken to the home of Miss Muriel Ogden where various amusements invited their attention. Later refreshments were served at the house of Miss Marie Kahl. On May 0 the Senior-Sophomore section entertained the other two classes at Odd Fellows’ hall. There for a second time they showed that the classes did not lack when it came to giving their fellow-students a good time.
