Amendment No, 1 to the articles of incorporation of the
Gaston Ridge Gold Mines Consolidated.
At an adjourned meeting of the regular annual meeting of the
stockholders of the Gaston Ridge Gold lines, Consolidated, held
at its office in the City of San Francisco, State of California,
on the 19th day of October, 1905, pursuant to notice of the said
annual meeting duly mailed to each stockholder of the said company,
des ignat ing the purpose of said meeting and the time and place of
holding the same, the following amendment was made to the articles cf
incorporation by a unanimous vote of all the shares of the capital
stock outstanding of said corporation.
Amendment to section No. One "The name of the corporation shail be
"Hthel Gold Mining Company.".
