We, P. T. PILEY, President, and MAX MEPTEN, Secretary, of the civil organization of Company H, Second Regiment
of Infantry, National Guard of California, certify that we
were the officers who, as President and Secretary, respe ctively
conducted an election for Directors of the GENERAL YASHINGTON
. ARMORY ASSOCIATION; that said election for Directors was held
at McDonald's Hall, Grass Valley, Nevada County, California,
on November 14, 1893, beginning at 9-30 o'clock P.M. and
ending at 10-30 o'clock P.M.; that there were at said date,
Sixty-three (63) members of said civil organization, and that
. a@ majority of said members, towit = Forty-four (44), were
. present and voted for said Directors.
That the following received the unanimous vote of said
