Mutual Savings Bank of San Francis¢o, be and the same are
hereby amended in this particular, that the number of Directors
in the Articles of Incorporation, at present provided, Five,
be increased to the number of Nine and that the following
stockholders and members of the Corporation, all of whom are
Citizens and Residents of the State of California, shall be
the directors of The Mutual Savings Bank of San Francisca,
for the ensuing year, to wit: James Phelan, James G. Fair,
Waward-Barron, Jawen Wertitt, Toh. Heopaty Sav Maton
C.G. Hooker, Charles Cadwallader, and James D. —
After due consideration, the aforesaid Resolution was
adopted by the wmaenimous vete of all of the Siockholders,
present, and represented at said meeting, that is to say,
5.850 votes were given and cast in favor of said Resolution
and none were given or cast against it, and on Motion the
Secretary of the meeting was instructed to cast the ballot for
the aforesaid Stockholders and members of the Corporation
as Directors of The Mutual Savings Bank of San treneimeen
That the wmdersigned were, by Resolution of the Stock=
holders cast at said meeting authorized and directed to make
and sign a erie tents of the proceedings taken thereat, for
the purpose of increasing cha aunties of Directors and amending
the Articles of Incorporation of The Mutval Savings Rank of
San Franciseo, for said purpose and to file the same in the
office of the Coumty Clerk of the City and Comty of San
Franciseo and a certified copy thereof with the Seeretary
of the State of California,
In Witness Whereof, we have heremto set out hands and
seals this Plst day of December A.D, 1889,
