BY-LAWS Of The GLENBKOOK PARK aSSCCIATION. The name of the Corporation shall be GLEINBROCK PARZ ASCOSLA®ION. ARTICLE VII. President. The Board of Directors shall, at their first regular meoeting, glect one of thoir number to act as Prasident; ani if at any tise the President shali bs unable to act, the Vico Prasident shall take his place and perform his duties, and if the Vice Provident, from any Cause, shall be unable to act, they snall appoint some other mamber of the Board to do so, in whom shall bo vested, for the time being, all the duties and functions of his office. ARTICLE VIII. Secroterye 5th. The Secretary shall serve all notices reruired sither by law or the by-laws of the Company, and in case of his absence, inability, refusal or .noglact so to do, then such notices may be servad by any porson thersaunto directed by the President or Vice President of the Company.
