GLENBROOK PARK ASSOCIATION. CONSENT TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF DIRECTORS. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we the andersianed Stockholders of that certain coryvoration known as the GLENBROOK PARK ASSOCIATION, a corporation, incorporated on the 12th day of June 1896, entire capitel stock of which is Thirty Thousand (30,000) _ Dollars, divided into Six Hundred Shares of the par velue of Fifty (50) Dollars each, five hundred ee Oe which are issued and outstanding, and which corporation has a Board of Directors of the authorized number of Eleven Directors, do hereby consent to and epprove of the reduction of the number of Directors on the Board of Directors of said corporation, and we do hereby declare that the number of Directors shall be, and it is hereby reduced from Eleven Directors to Five Directors; and the President and Secretary of said corporation are hereby authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to effect such reduction in the nunber of the Board of Directors; and we hereby severally declare that we are at the date hereof each respectively the owners and holders of the number of shares of capital stock of this corporation, GLENBROOK PARK ASSOCIATION, set opposite our signatures hereto.
