sworn, deposes and says: Hach for himself and not one for the
other, that they are the, President ong Sderetary, respectively
of the GLENBROOK PARK ASSOCIATION, a ee organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, and having its principal place of business in Nevada City,
in said County end State, and they do hereby certify:
That the capital stock of said corporation is Thirty
Thousand (30,000) Dollars, divided into Six Hundred Shares of the
par value of Fifty (50) Dollars each, five hundred sixty<Sax ‘of
which ere issued end outstending at the date hereof.
We do further certify that the owners of the majority of
shares of the capitel stock of said corporation have each signed
the declaration of and consent to the reduction of the number
of Directors constituting the Board of Directors of said corporation, from Eleven Directors to Five Directors.
We do further certify that the persons who signed the
said declaration and consent to the reduction of the number of
Directors, constituting said Board of Directors, were at the date
of such signature the owners and holders of the number of sheres
of said capital stock set opposite their respective names, end
that the said consent and declaration is signed by the owners and
holders of more than a majority of issued and outstanding stock,
to-wit:
