secure by purchase, gift or otherwise, shares of the capital
stock and bonds of other corporations, organized under the laws
of the State of California, or elsewhere, as well as shares of
its own stock and to own, hold and sell, transfer and assign,
all such stock and bonds, and generally to engage in the business of owning, selling, leasing, operating and improving, mines
and mining properties, and to do all things incidental to carrying into effect, all or any of the above purposes.
THIRD: That the place where the principal business of
said corporation is to he transacted is Mooney Flat, Nevada
County, State of California.
FOURTH: That the term for which said corporation is
to exist is fifty years from and after the date of its incorporation.
FIFTH: That the number of Directors or Trustees of
said corporation shall be five, and that the names and residences of the Directors or Trustees, who are appointed for the
first year and to serve until the election and qualification of
such officers are as follows, to-wit:

ually been subscribed is Two Thousand Ten and 00/100 Dollars,
