Constitutional Debility, or Eminal Weakness.—De,
Young addresses those who have injured themselves by
private or improper indulgences in that secret and solitary habit which ruins the body and mind, unfitting them
for either business or society. The following are some
of the sad and melancholy effects proseres by early habits
of youth, viz: Weakness of the Back and Limba, pain in
the head, dimness of eight, loss of muscular powe-, palpitatton of the heart, dyspepsia, nervousness, irratability,
derangement of the digestive functions, general debility,
symptoms of consumption.&c.
MENTALLY the fearful effects on the mind are more to
be dreaded. J.oss of Memory. confusion of [deus, depression of Spirits.evil forbudings. aversion to society, selfdsstrust, love of solitude, timidity, &c, are some of the
evils produced,
All persons who are afflicted with any of the above
symptoms should not fuil to call on Dr. Young, and be at
once restored to perfect health. Let no false delicacy
prevent you, but apply immediately, and save ycurseif

ERE is no maludy of deeper importance, either in a
medical or moral poim of view, to which the human
family is more liable than that arising from impure connections.
As a Medical man it is the duty of every physician to
look at disease as it affects health and life, and his sole
object should be to mitigate, as fur as lies in his power,
the bodily suffering. Iiuman nature at best is but frail,
all are liable to misfortune,
Of all the ills that affect man none are more terrible
than those ofa private nature. Dreadful as it is in the
ones who contraets it, frightful as are its ravages upon
his constitution, ending frequently in destruction and a
loathsome grave, it becomes of still greater importance
when it is transmitted to innocent offspring. Such being
the case how necessary it becomes that every one having
the least reason to fear that they have contracted the
disease, should attend toit at once by consulting some
physician, whose respectability and education enables
him to warrant a safe. speedy, and permanent cure. In
accordance with this necessity, DR. YOUNG feels called
upon to state that, by long study and extensive practice,
he has become perfect master of all those diseases which
come under the denomination of venereal. and having
paid more attention to that one branch than any other
physician in the United States, he feels himself better
qualified to treat them.
Syphillis in all Its forms, such as Ulcers, SwellingTin

Cutaneous Eruptions, Ulcerations, Tartuary Syphilis, Syphilis in Children, Mercureal Syphtlitic Affections, Gonorrhea, Gleet, Strictures, False Passages, Inflamation of
the Bladder and Prostrate Glands, Excoriations, Tumors,
Postules, &c., are as familiar to him as the most common things of daily observation.
The Doctor effeats a cure in recent cases in a few days,
and finds no difficulty in curing those of long duration,
without submitting the patient to such treatment as will
draw upon him the slightest suspicion, or oblige him to
neglect his business, whether within doors or without.—
The diet need not be changed, except in cases of severe
inflamation. Thera are in California patients (amounting
to over two thousand in the past year.) that could furnish
proof of this; but these are matters that require the utmost secrecy, which he alwvys preserves.

D' J.C. YOUNG—Dear Sir: Words cannot ” express
the gratitude I feel is due to you fo rthe benefit I have
received from your truly invaluable course of treatment
of my case while prescribeing forme. I think I cannot
justify myself without giving this small token of my
thankfulness and esteem, for you have been the means of
saving my life, and restoring to me that hoalth which I
had so long despaired of again enjoying. 1 had fora long
time (four years) been troubled with that most dreadful
scourage of yound people, seminal weakness or nocturnal
emissions which so weakened me both body and mind,
that I was obliged to give up mining altogether. I consulted one of the best physicians (so called, )in the mountain districts, and after a careful examination of my case,
he gave me medicines. I continued under his treatment
for three months without receiving any benefit, in fact I
Srew worse from week to week, until at last I got discouraged and asked him for his opinion. T told him not to
fear to tell me the whole truth, for Ishould rather know
the worst at once, than tolive in suspence. I had lost
about thirty pounds of flesh, and knew that he at least
could not cure, me and asI was then going on, death must
soon count me as one of its victims. This hysician then
told me that case was incurable; that I had better not take
any more medicines. He said I was ina decline which
was fast tending to pulmonary consumption.
I then desired of obtaining any relief, and saw that
unless something was done to mitigate the complaint that
I should be numbered with the dead, or what is worse, be
araving maniac. Happening to see one of your books,
the Pocket Asculapius.{ made up my mind at once to

GREAT ITALIAN REMEDY!
For the Certain and Speedy Cure of Diseases of Private
nature no matter how long standing without any
Injurious effects to the system, or
any change of Diet.
IT NEVER HAS FAILED—IT CANNOT FALL TO CURE!
?YMIIS INVALUABLE SPECIFIC, first introduced into
Pisa some Ffty years since, soon became se well
known as a certain cure, that in every town and city, not
only on the Continent, but in Graat Britain, the demand
for it was so great—its merits so astonishing, that in less
than one year from its introdnetion it had supplanted all
othbr remedtes. The Medieal Faculty of the principal
cities of Europe were compelled to acknowleuge its wonderful mastery over every one else, Proprietors of other
Medicine, jealous of its sway vainly endeavored to stay its
onward progress, Like grass before the mower, their efforts fell to the ground ; and like fire on the prairies,
sweeping all before it, its onward march became triumphant, It stood forth, upon its own merits; a discerning
public saw, tried and were convinced of its Macican VirTres. The massive fortune acquired by Dr.’Parerra from
the sale of it during the six years he prepared it, alone
bore witness to its miraculous merits. At the decease of
the Doctor, the recipe was bequeathed to his son, who
has lately introduced the remedy into the United States.
The number of cures it has already made are astonishing. Thousands and tens of thousands caw bear testimony
to its efficacy.
All who Use it, it will CURE with safety speed and certainty no other Medicine has ever possessed.

This great work will be accomplished as predicted above.
On the Atlantic all are thinking of these things, and are
