All andsingular an undivided one-fourth interest in
and to that certain quartz mining claim Known as the
Mistletoe" Mining Claim, situate in the Rough & Ready
Mining District, County of Nevada, State of California,
and bounded and particularly described as follows,
two-wit:
Situate in Section 23 Tp. 16 N. R. 7 EB. M. D. Be. &
Mi., the notice of location of said mining claim being
recorded in Nevada County Mining Claims, to which
record reference is hereby made for a more particularly
Uescription. Notice of Location dated Dec. 16 1897.
Said claim being 1500 feet in length by 600 feet in
width.
This conveyance is made subject to an option to
ourchase executed by the varty of the first part herein
to one W. J. Rogers dated this 10th day of Jan. 1898.
