The almost miraculous cure that has been effected in my case, prompts me to impart to those of my fellow creatures who may be suffering from like affliction, the source of relief, with a short description of my case. Several years ago my health began to fail. Iwas attacked by general weakness and debility, which reduced me tothe mere shadow of my for-ner self. At that stage I sought medical assistance, and expended large amounts, but without the least beneficialresult. That fell destroyer CoNsUMPTION had already seized upon my vitals. I was daily drawing closer to the tomb; my physicians held out no hope or recovery, my strength ha wasted, and I was ina state of almost utter prostration. I was informed by my physicians that they could do nothing for me exceptto smooth my path to the grave, when, most fortunately, Tapplied to Dr L. J. Czapkay, and am now a Welland perfectly sound man. It is difficult for me toexpress the emotions of deepest gratitrde I experience when realizmg the immeasurable service [have received at the hands of Dr. Czapkay,.and I feel rejoiced that it is at least in my power totender this feeble recognition of his greatskill and capacity. To the afflicted I would say, do not despair for whatever may be the natare of yorrease, I am confident that you willfind retief by applying to Dr. L. J. Czapkay. “7 here is balm in Gilead and there is a, physician there.” {t.s.] HENRY WES=LING. Subscribed and sworn to before me. this 15th day ot October. a. p. 1859.
