A. H. Hagadorn, doing business as Mulford &
Co, filed against you within ten days from the
service of this writ, if served on you in this county, within twenty days if served en you in this
District, and out of this County,-and within forty days if served on you in the Stafe and out of
this District. in an action commenced on the 6th
day of October, ap, 1859, in said Court to recover the sum of $1,621 66-100, for money advanced and furrished to said defendant by
plaintiffs at defendants speciaPinstance and re, quest, and also for plaintiffs costs of this suit
and you are hereby notified that if you fall to
answer said complaint as herein directed, plain‘tifts will take judgment against you therefor by
‘default, together with all costs of suit, and also
demand of the Court such otier relief as is
prayed for in plaintiffs said complaint.
