Jacob Weissbein, the Secretary of said Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Company, and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of said Company, do hereby certify and declare the foregoing Amended Articles of Incorporation of the Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Company to be a full, true and correct copy of the Original Articles of Incorporation of said Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Company, eas so amended by said corporation, and by the unanimous vote of the board of directors of said corporation, -and by the written assent of the stockholders of said corporation, representing more than two thirds of the entire Subp aman and issued capital stock of said corporation.
