We, the undersigned, SAMUEL WOLFE, President of Gold Flat
Consolidated Quartz Mining Company and EDWARD I. WOLFE, Secretary of
Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Company end we, the undersigned,
SAMUEL WOLFE, EDWARD I, WOLFE, C, WOLFE, GEORGE PARKER and H, B,. WEISSBEIN,
who were at the date of the meetings hereinafter mentioned of the Board ‘
of Directors of said Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Company and
at al]. thetimes hereinafter mentioned have been and now are the Direc=
tors of the said Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Coupany do hereby
ertify as follows, to wits
That the Gold Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Company is a
corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of California and having its office and principal place of
business in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California;
That a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of said Gold
Flat Consolidated Quartz Mining Seambady was by the President of said
corporation called to be held at its office in the City and County of
San Frencisco, State of California on Thursday, the 4th day of June,
