and issued out of the Honorable District Ceurt of
the lith Judicial District, in and for the County of Nevada. Whereas, on the 13th day of January, A. D.
i859 a final judgment and decree was rendered in the
District Court of the 14th Judicial District of the State of
California, iu and for the County of Nevada. in favor of
M. M. Wheeler and against Thomas Butterfield and FE.
©. Tompkins for the sum of $6,029 with interest on the
said sum at the rate of 3 percent per month, from the
rendition of judgment until paid, together with all costs
of suit. And whereas on the said 13th day of January
in5¥it was ordereda d decreed by the -aid Court, that

being erected across said South Fork at a point on said
stream known as Bridgeport; said Bridge being formerly
known as Sparks’ Bridge, and being now known as
Wood's Bridge. Also.'The dug roads leading from said
Bridge up the hills on both sides of said South Fork.—
Also—-the Toll house, stables, and out-houses cennected
with said Bridge, and the land on which all of the above
des ribed property stands and is erected; together with
allthe rights, privilegesand appurtenances belonging or
in any wise appertaming to -aid Bridge and premises ;
and if any deficiency shallremain after applying all of
said moneys soap} licable thereto, then that Plaintiffs
may have executiou therefor against said Defendants ;
also, that the Defendants, andeach and allof them, and

either of them subsequently to the commencement of
