Tke following resolution? passed unanimouslr: *
Resoived, Thst the Union of ali the States
fanst be preserved, tie Federal Constitution
sustained, and the National Flag respected
wherever it wares.
Resolved, That we heartily indorse and approre the bold, firm, asd enerzetic course of
the present Administration in defense of the National Territory end property from tbe attacks
of rebels and traitors; and we pledge ourselves,
ord all that'we bave, to snstain the Federal
Government in the use of all its forces in muintaining the Constitution enforcing the Mfws, reeapturing and preserving National Ports, Arsenals, and other property; punishing traitors, and
in defending Union men in ii parts of the
country.
Resolved, thet the doctrine that a State is superior to the Federal Government,’and that. the
former Basa paramoant claim to our allegiance,
end consequent assumption of right of secession,
is repugnant tothe Constitution, and to every
principle of our system of government, and cau
only result in the destruction of the Union, and
the establishment of general anarchy.
Xesolved, That we point with pride to the
uprising of the people of ail classes, both native
and foreign born, in support of the Federal Administration as giving assurance to the world
*tat we have a Government fixed in the hearts
of the people, and which is able to withstand all
shocks, whether from domestic traitors or foreign foes, and as giving further assuranee of a
speedy return of peace, by a thorough crushing
out of rebellion.
Resolved, That we invite all who love the
Uuion and Constitution, and who favor the enforcement of the laws, to unite with us in one
great Administration party, in support of the
Federal Government and National fing.
Resolved, That our present Public School
system should be sustained in all its essential
features, and every effort should be made toextend its benefits and efficiency, and keep it free
from all sectarian influences.
Reseived, That under our present Administration we look with hope to the speedy consumation of a Pacific Railroad, and the adoption
of afree Homestead system in the disposition
of our public lands.
Resolved, That we are opposed to the granting of valuable franchises to private parties,
anless clearly reqxized for public good, and the
opinion and interests of local communities,
whose rights are affected thereby, should always
be consulted, and when itis clearly requisite
that such franchises should be confined to individual or incorporated companies, the right to
enjoy them should be offered to free public
eompetition, and under suitable restrictions,
awarded to those who will accept their ase for
the shortest period, or pay into ihe public treasury the largest annual or other compensation.

=
CERTIFICATE.—The undersigned, desirous of ac
quainting those who may be unfortunate enough to
be similarly afflicted, where a permanent reliet of
their sufferings may be obtained, feels it his duty to .
thus publicly express his most sincere giatitude to
Dr. L. J. Czapkay for the permanent recovery of his
health. Borne dewn-by the distressing synyptoms inci
dent to the vicious practices of uncontrolied passion
in youth, depressed in body and mind, unable to perform even the most trifling duty imposed by the daily avocations of life, I sought the advice of many
physicians, who at first regarded my disease as of trifling importance; but, alas, after afew weeks, and
in several instances, months, of their treatment, I
found, to my unutterable horror, that, insteadof relief, my symptoms became more alarming in their tor
ture; and being told by one that my disease being
principally contined to the brain, medicine would be
of little consequenee, [despaired of ever re-gaining
my health, stregth and energy, and, asa last resort
aud with buta faint hope, Tcalled upon Dr, Czapkay,
who, after examining my case, preseribed some medicine, which almost instantly relieved me of the dull
pain and dizziness in my head, Encouraged by the
result, 1 resolved to place myself under his care,
and, by a strict obedience to all his directions aud
advice, my head became clear, my ideas collected, the
constant pain in my back and groins, the weakness
of my iimbs. the nervous reaction of my whole body
on the slightest alarm or excitement, the misanthropy and evil forebodings, the self distrust and want of
contidence in others, the ineapability to study, and
went of resolution, the frightful, exciting. and, at
times, pleasurable dreams by night, followed by involuntary discharges, have
fact, in two mouths after haying consulted the Doeter, I felt asif inspired by anew lite—that life which
a short time ago, I contemplated to cad with my lite .

With a view to guard the unfortunate f;
into the snares of incompetent quacks, I leem it iny
duty to offer this testimony to the merits and skill .
of Dr. Czapkay. and recommend lim to all who

REMARKABLE CURE OF CoxsUMPTION
The almost tniraculous eure that has been effected
. in my c2se, prompts me to impart to-those of my fellow creatures who may be suffering from like afiliction, se source of relief, with a short description or
my case. Several years ago my health began to fail.
Iwas attacked by general weakness and debility,
which reduced me tothe mere shadow of my for:ner
self. Atthat stage I sought medical assistance, aud
expended large amounts, but without the least beneficial result. That fell destroyer ConsumMPTION had
already seized upon my vitals. I was daily drawing
closer to the tomb; my physicians held ont no hope or
recovery, my strength had wasted, and I was ina
sta:e of almost uiter prostration. IT was informed
by my physicians that they could do nothing for me
except to smooth my path tothe grave, when, most
fortunately, I applied to Dr L. J. Czapkay, and am
now a Welland perfectly sound man, It is difficult
for me toexpressthe emotions of deepest gratitude
I experience when realizing the immeasurable service Ihave received at the hauds of Dr. Czapkay.and
T feel rejoiced that it is at least in my power to.ender
this feeble recognition of his greatskill and capacity.
To the afflicted [ would say, do not despair for whatever may be the Nature of yourcase, I am confident
that you will find relief by applying to Dr. L. J. Czapkay. .
