Y virtue of an execution to me directed, and issued out of the clerk’s office of the district court, 4th judicial district, in and for the county of San Francisca, in favor of A. H. Stevens and against the Western Mining Co., I have levied upon and taken in execution a certain Leed of Quartz lying and being in the county aforesaid, and known as the Western Quartz Leed, as the property of the aforesaid company defendants, in the action above mentioned, and described as follows, ta-wit: It being a continuation of the Gold Tunnel Leed, joining it on the Northern Boundry and running north with all the dips and angles of the Ledge (the length not known).
