ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION of the "Gold Tunnell Mining Company." KYOW ALLL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, the undersigned.incorporators desiring to form a cornoratio under the Revised Statutes of the Territory of Arizona relating to corporations, do hereby associate ourselves for that purpose and sign, sdopt and acknowledge the following Articles of Incorporation, to witr= ARTICLE The names of the persons so hereby associating themselves for the purpose aforesaid are C. Hi. H. Gernnan, MN. G. Siegman and J. ¥. Cresser. ‘he name of the corporation shall be the "GOLD TUNNEL MINING COMPANY. RTICLE IIL. : The principal plece of transacting its business shall be the City of Phoenix, in the County of Maricopa, in the Territory of Arizona, with such subordinate offices may hereafter be elsewhere established. ARTICLE IV. Tae general nature of the business proposed is thet of mining in ali its branches, and in pursuit of same the following business may be transacted. The acqvisition by purchase, lease, location or otherwise, of all classes of mines containing precious or base metals; also deposits of clays, stones, onyx, coal, oil and other substances; to lease and sell the same to others;
