regulations deemed expedient for the management of the effairs of this corporation and the officers thereof, not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of the United States and the laws of the Territory. ARTICLE X. The highest amount of indebtedness or liability, direct or contingent, to which this corporation shall or can at any time be subject shall be five hundred thousand doliars ($500,000) ARTICLE XI. The private property of the stocknolders of this corporation shall not in any event be liable for the debts of this corporation. ARTICLE XII. The time for the commence ent of this corporation shall. be the day on which these Articles are filed in the office of the Secretary of Arizona Territory, and the corporation shall continue for tne time and term of twentyfive (25) years thereafter ARTICLE XIII. These Articles of Incorporation may be altered or amended at any regular meeting of the stockholders, or at any special meeting especially called for that purpose, by ‘he offirmative vote of the holders of at least two-thirds of the corporation's capital stock then issued. ARTICLE XIV. Dividends may be declared by this company from the profits of mining or the sale of ore to ore speculators, or the buying of property and selling of same, the buying of mills end mechinery and selling of same, and from any branch of the business authorized under this charter, but
