ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
-ofGOLDEN CAPITOL HOTEL
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, the
undersigned, all of whom are citizens and residents of the
State of California, have thie dey voluntarily associated
ourselves together for the purpose of forming a corporation
under the laws of the State of California.
AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY:

That the name of said corporstion shall be
GOLDEN CAPITOL HOTEL.

That the purpose for which it is formed is to
construct, furnish, operate and manage hotels, inns and
apartment houses, and generally to carry on 4 hotel business.
To menufecture, buy, export, import or otherwise
acquire goods, wares, merchandise, end property of every
class and description, and to own, hold, sell or otherwise
dispose of and tiinie in and deal in and with the same.
To take, lease, purchase or otherwise ecquire,
and to own, use, hold, sell, convey, exchange, lease, mortgage, work, improve, develop, cultivate, and otherwise handle,
deal in, and dispose of real estate, real property, and eny
interest or right therein.
To buy, aell, exchange, pledge, mortgage and generally deal in and with government, munietpal and industrial
