of San Francisco, State of California. Iv. That the term for which seid corporation is to oxist is fifty (50) years from and after tho date of its incorporation. VY. Thut the number of directors of said corporation Shell be three; snd the names and residences of the directors who are appointed for the first year and to serve unti} the eloction and quajification of their auecessors are as follows, to-wit: Names ; Whose Residence is at Oo.
