Czapkay, who, after examining my case, prescribed some medicine whieh: almost instantly relieved me of the dull pain and dizaimese in my head. With a view to guard tho unforttmate from falling inte the snares of incompetent quaeks IT deem it my duty to offer this testimony to the merit and skill of Dr. Czapkay and recommend him to all who: may stand in need of medical advice, being assued by my own experience, that once under his care a radical and permanent eure will be effected.
