Main and Comme cial streets, where he will
keop constantly on hand a large assortment of
Boots and shoes, Leather and Findings.

define the aforesaid boundaries of the
city, and limits of the five wards, by
suitable and permanent land marks;
he shall also furnish the common council with an accurate plan of the said
boundaries of the city and limits of
its wards, and perform such other professional duties as may be required by
the common council for which serviees well and truly performed, he shall
receive such compensation as may
hereafter be prescribed.

Ordinance No, 15.
Regulating the ravine west of Main
street.
The cowmon council of the city of
Nevada do ordain as follows:
Sec, 1. That the ordinance entitled
an ordinance respecting a ravine west
of Main street, be repeealed and si
. heraby repealed.
Sec. 2. The committee on streets
are hereby authorized to contract with
some person or persons for a sum not
exceeding six hundred dollars, to turn
the water from said ravine by a ditch
or sluice from its present course into
the ravine known by the name Roger
William’s ravine, at a point to be approved by the committee.
