The cowmon council of the city of Nevada do ordain as follows: Sec, 1. That the ordinance entitled an ordinance respecting a ravine west of Main street, be repeealed and si . heraby repealed. Sec. 2. The committee on streets are hereby authorized to contract with some person or persons for a sum not exceeding six hundred dollars, to turn the water from said ravine by a ditch or sluice from its present course into the ravine known by the name Roger William’s ravine, at a point to be approved by the committee.
