GOOD PREDAY GOLD MINING COMPANY
Know All Men By These Presents:
That ve, the undersigned, a majority of whom are citizens
and residents of the State of Galiformia, have this dey voluntarily
associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a corpora—
tion under the laws of the Stete of California,
And We Hereby Certify,
First: That the name of seid corporation shali be
GOOD FRIDAY GOLD MINING COMPANY.
Second; That the purposes for which it is formed are to
engage in Minire end the reduction of ores, to locate, lease, bond
own end acquire, buy and sell mines end mining cleims of every kind
or nature; to mine, drill and quarry for gold, silver, copper, lead,
quicksilver, asbestos, pypsum and 311 other metals sand minerals and
mineral products; to drill for and deal in petroleum and its by— ct
products; to acquire, construct, own and operate, buy and sell
quartz mills, reduction works, smelting plants, end all machinery
appliances snd chemicals necessary thereto; to locate, eccuire, ovn
anc operate, to buy end sell water end water—-rights, ditches, es
voirs ond pine-lines; to buy and sell timber and timber lands, lum
ber and its products; to buy and sell real estate ; and to buy, own,
hold, sell and deal in the capital stock of other Companies; and to
do a general mining and milling business, and every thing else incident or necessarv thereto,
Third: That the place where the princival business of said
corporation is to be transacted is Nevada City, califomia,
Fourth: That the term for which said corporation is to
exist is fifty years from snd after the date of its incorporation,
Pitth: That the number of directors or trustees of ssi
