CORPORATION, tnder the laws of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA. AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY, FIRST. That the name of said corporation shall be GRASS VALLEY GOLD EXTRACTING COMPANY, SECOND, That the purposes for which it is formed are to buy, sell, and mine ores, bullion and precious metals; to reduce ores and extract metals therefrom; to separate and refine gold, silver and other metals; to mannfactute and sell paints; ana generally to conduct the business of re— agucing, separating and refining ores and bullion in the State of California, and elsewhere.
