Character defining features of the home include its side-gabled roof with prominent centered front gable and lower shed porch roof clad with asphalt shingles, front gable displays louvered wood vent, stucco exterior, a shingle sided skirt, two large vinyl picture windows on the front exterior with unique mullions, a full-width wood front porch with square porch supports and balustrades, a wooden staircase with similar balustrades and a lighted wood paneled front entry door.
