Full width front porch with turned wood porch supports and simple wood railing. Two (2) one-over-one single hung windows on either side of front fagade and in front-gable. Front door has been replaced. Inset panels on either side of front door are indicative of Gold Rush Vernacular. Transom above front door. Metal roof in extremely poor condition. Asphalt shingle exterior siding also in deteriorating condition. *P3b.
