The property consists of a single-story, wood-frame, Late Victorian vernacular residence. Character defining
features of the residence include its moderately sloping gable roof, side-gable orientation, wrap-around porch with
turned Victorian columns with simple brackets and replaced railing, horizontal wide wood shiplap exterior siding, 1
aver 1 and 6 over 6 light wood-sash windows flanked by wood shutters, and a paneled Victorian front door
surrounded by angled panels and a transom window above the door. The residence now serves as a beauty salon
known as "YOUNGMAN'S HOUSE OF HAIR DESIGN." The former residence is surrounded by a chain link fence
and gate and the front yard is landscaped with shrubs and planting beds. In 1872 the parcel was owned by William
Biggs.
