Character defining features of the home include a moderately sloping gable roof clad with asphalt shingles, fish-scale and diamond-shaped shingles in the gable end together with a 1 over 1 light sash window, a full front hip roof porch, turned Victorian columns lacking balustrades supporting the porch, two pairs of 2 over 2 light period wood-sash windows flanking an angled and paneled entry door surround. The remainder of the house is sided with horizontal shiplap wood siding. The house sits on a downslope lot and the front yard is landscaped with a white vinyl picket fence. *P3b.
