Character defining features of the residence include a moderately sloping gable roof clad with asphalt shingles, various shingle patterns in the front gable, closed eaves, a 1 over 1 light attic wood-sash window, a full front porch with turned columns and railing, pairs of wood-sash 1 over 1 light windows in the front gable, a single light and paneled wood front entry door and above it a transom window. The house is sided with horizontal wood siding, and what appears to be horizontal metal siding. A concrete driveway leads to a single car garage in the rear of the parcel. The yard is sparsely landscaped with a lawn, and concrete walkways. In 1937, R.V. Jones owned the property. *P3b.
