home include its low-pitched front-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles, stucco chimney, projecting eaves,
decorative beams under the front gable and over porch entrance, front gable displays a small single light window
framed by wood louvered vents on either side, horizontal wood shiplap siding, squared bay with shed roof and
casement ribbon windows with wood sashes, small front porch with battered side wood porch supports and solid
wood balustrades, a wooden staircase and wood front entry door with decorative leaded glass. The Craftsman
residence is accented by its white wood picket fence, entry pergola with wisteria, cement walkway and large tree in
