Character defining features of the house include moderately sloping gable and cross-gable roof, its asymmetric massing and fenestration, replaced exterior siding (clapboard), replaced single or double hung windows (pos. vinyl) arranged in pairs and singles, wrap-around porch, turned porch columns, and main Victorian style entrance door and side (porch) entrance door.
