Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the west side of Ivy Street. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a single-story, L-shaped, cross-gable, wood-frame, Craftsman style residence. Character defining features of the residence include a unusual gable roof design having three gables, two facing the front and one the side with the second front gable having a different pitch than the first or main gable, all the roof clad with asphalt shingles. Other architectural features include a large louvered and wood attic vent in the front gable, a small gable vent in the side gable, narrow beveled horizontal exterior wood siding, 1 over 1 light sash windows in singles and pairs (possibly replaced windows), vertical board shutters on the front of the house surrounding the windows and facing Ivy Street, an offset front entry door with a wooden screen door, and a exposed concrete foundation. The front yard is landscaped with a lawn, shrubs, mature trees, and concrete walkways. *P3b.
