Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the east side of Maryland Drive on a moderately sloping upslope parcel. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a single-story, wood-frame, Craftsman style residence. Character defining features of the residence include a shallow cross-gable roof, a sun-roof addition to the left of the front facing gable with contemporary metal-sash windows that wrap around the side of the house, a side gable extension (left side), and a extended roof porch supported by two square columns with filled railing and sided with horizontal boards. The garage is entered through two wooden doors off a concrete driveway, and a series of concrete stairs from the street lead to the front entry stairs to the raised porch deck.
