Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the west side of South Auburn Street. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a single-story, wood-frame and masonry vernacular commercial building. Character defining features of the building include a dual parallel gable roof with a flat roof attached to each gable connecting both buildings and forming a large offset entrance for automobiles supported by a single column in the center. The right gable retains the original divided light automobile display window. The left gable window appears to have been replaced. The exterior of the building has hand textured stucco cladding, and attic vent holes exist at the peak of both gable ends. The north elevation of the building features a long wood-sash series of windows that are overgrown with vines. The inset, drive-through design of the building epitomizes the building's original function as a Packard car dealership dating to the 1920s. *P3b.
