The property consists of a single-story, wood-frame, Late Victorian residence. Character defining features of the
residence include its moderately sloping hipped roof clad with faux shingles, wood-shingle exterior siding, triple
replaced windows (metal or vinyl), exposed roof rafters, and a replace porch. The front of the house is screened
by a tall hedge that extends the length of the property facing Race Street. In 1937 Harry Clemo owned the house.
