Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the south side of Race Street at Lucas Lane. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a single-story, wood-frame, Queen Anne style residence. Character defining features of the residence include its moderately sloping gable and hip roof, asymmetric design, close gable ends, shed roof side addition, gingerbread underneath the peak of the main gable, a wood-sash window inside the gable surrounded by decorative shingles, a bay window below the gable, horizontal wood shiplap exterior siding, 1 over 4 light wood-sash windows, a half-porch with turmed Victorian columns and railing, and windows set in triples, pairs, and singles. A vertical board skirt hides the foundation, and the yard is fully landscaped with lawns, a walkway, fountain, mature trees, and flower beds. An older wire fence and gate frame the front yard.
