Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the north side of Richardson Street. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a one-story, wood-frame, Greek Revival style residence. Character defining features of the residence include its simple rectangular massing, moderately sloping gable roof with boxed gable eaves, a plain frieze below the eaves, fish scale shingles inside the gable opening along with a Gothic Revival inspired arched and louvered attic vent, followed by a hip roof porch rebuilt with turned Victorian style colurnns and simple wood braces on either side of each column, contemporary rail balustrades, replaced divided light (vinyl) windows flanking a replaced paneled front entry door with a top light or transom window.
