Character defining features of the residence include its asymmetric fagade, cross-gable moderately sloping roof clad with asphalt shingles, closed eaves, pedimented or closed front gable with large louvered and arched attic vent, plain frieze across the front, 4 porch on the front featuring turned porch columns, but lacking balustrades and rails, a wooden porch deck, singles and pairs of 1 over 1 light sash replacement windows, a Victorian front entry door with a top single light and panels, and a single-car wood-frame gabled garage with a paneled and lighted garage door.
