Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the west side of S. School Street. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a single-story, wood-frame, Late Victorian residence, Character defining features of the residence include a moderately sloping hip roof clad with wood shingles, a later added shed roof dormer atop the roof facing S. School Street, wood brackets under the roof eave atop a plain frieze, a full front porch with decorative wood brackets under the eaves of the porch and brackets flanking the tops of each tumed porch column, turned balustrades across the porch deck and down the flight of stairs leading to the front entrance that features a period Victorian door and screen door, paneled and lighted side lights and a wood-sash divided light top light above the door, which is flanked by two period 2 over 2 light wood-sash windows. The house appears to retain its period horizontal wood shiplap siding, and the tall foundation wall is clad with vertical boards. The left side of the house features a small hipped-roof addition, and each window has ornate surrounds atop the frame. The house sits on a large lot flanked on the left by two mature palm trees, a large lawn in front, a pine in the rear, *P3b.
