Main Street. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a four-story wood-frame Mediterranean influenced eclectic hotel. Character defining features of the hotel include its narrow, rectangular massing, verticality, flat roof with an arched parapet facing South Church Street, 6 palladium style window openings on the four-floor facing South Church Street all having replaced windows, 12 pairs of rectangular windows with a single window on the second and third floors all having replaced windows, a large fourth-story end balcony with a shed roof and exposed rafter tails on the building's facade facing West Main Street, modern blown-on stucco texturing on the exterior walls of the building, cloth awnings covering the various storefronts facing South Church and West Main Street, and an angled entrance to the retail shop at the intersection of West Main and South Church Street.
