Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on a triangular parcel at the southwest corner of Bennett and Depot Streets. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a single-story, rectangular-shaped, wood-frame, Craftsman style residence on a sloping lot. Character defining features of the residence include front-gable design with moderately sloping roof clad with asphalt shingles, a stepped-qable roof and bell-shaped gabled porch roof that encloses a half porch facing Bennett Street, narrow commercial wood beveled exterior siding, replaced vinyl divided light windows throughout the house, a rooftop brick chimney, and square wooden porch colurnns.
